Shawn and his team helped me get my car’s 40K mile service done same day. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready at 3pm. Highly recommend German Car Care, high attention to detail and excellent service.

I drive a 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK 350. After a horrible experience with Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, shortly after I purchased the car, I turned to German Car Care for help. I have been taking my car to German Car Care for probably 10+ years now. Although I see extremely high end cars on the lot, staged to be serviced, German Car Care always makes me feel valued as a Customer. Most recently, I purchased four new tires for my car and needed an alignment and my brakes checked. My first call was to German Car Care. I had the pleasure of speaking with Janice. She regrettably informed me that they do not have the necessary equipment to handle the alignment. This should have been the end of our conversation but it wasn't. She proceeded to recommend a fellow business in the Grapevine area that could do the work in a high caliber fashion. She advised me to get my tires aligned ASAP and call her back and schedule the brake check. Getting car work done can be very intimidating however, people like Janice (who know the business), the German Car Care techs and leadership, take the anxiety away by providing honest and reliable work. They are experts in German cars!

German Car Care is the only place I trust with my Porsche. They provide honest, no-pressure service and always complete the work in a timely manner. They even offer complimentary Uber service, and my car always comes back washed and cleaned. Excellent customer service. 5⭐️

Janice and Shawn were both so kind and competently helpful. I’ve got a prioritized checklist to keep my 2015 Audi W5 TDI going for another 200K partnering with this good company. So glad a friend told me about them. Worth the 45 min drive for oil changes

I truly do not know where to begin, but let me start by expressing a HUGE THANK YOU to German Car Care! I am incredibly grateful to have discovered this exceptional service. For over 15 years, I’ve been taking my 2009 E350 to the Mercedes Grapevine dealership, under the impression that having them handle the service was the best choice since I purchased the vehicle from them. However, I began to notice that while they would address the immediate issues—the “why” behind the problem—they never managed to get to the root cause. Recently, I decided to try German Car Care, and what a game changer it has been! Upon picking up my vehicle from them, I was amazed at how thoroughly they were able to diagnose the underlying issues I had been experiencing. They not only repaired my car, but they also provided me with detailed explanations of the problems, which helped me understand what was truly going on. It feels like I’m driving a brand new car again! This is the first time I’ve had extensive repairs completed that I was genuinely pleased with.
